Liam is the founding director of Magic Hour Media, an independent London based company engaged in international feature film development, production, finance and the exploitation of media rights. As a producer, Liam always aims to create high quality entertainment that will appeal to audiences around the world and ideally combine commercial box office success with the
potential for critical recognition.Liam has Executive Produced two major features; the critically acclaimed A GOOD WOMAN
(starring Scarlett Johansson and Helen Hunt) which sold into over 40 countries across all available media, and ASHES AND SAND
(starring Nick Moran and Lara Belmont). Educated at London University, Liam holds a BA (Honours) degree in English Literature, a
postgraduate MA in Marketing from Brunel University and studied screenwriting at the UK’s prestigious National Film and
Television School. Before focusing on film production and finance, Liam wrote and developed a number of screenplays and ran his
own creative writing classes for several years.
Stanley has a strong business background with broad experience in marketing. He founded Stelvale Ltd an advertising services organization and built a wide-ranging client base that included British Aerospace and Renault. He was Managing Director of Jules Henri Ltd, an acclaimed retail jewellery business and previously a director of Saradale Ltd, a leading UK distributor of Italian luxury products. Stanley was also an associate of a London based international graphic design studio. He was responsible for promotional merchandise concepts and brand development programmes in particular for a number of major casino groups
including ‘The Aladdin’ and ‘The Venetian’ in Las Vegas. He brings to the company cutting edge creative presentation skills.
Stanley comes from a show business family and is an experienced musician, playing drums professionally from the age of 16.
Modern jazz is his particular interest and he has accompanied a number of British iconic musicians including Danny Moss of Johnny Dankworth fame and Bill Cole who made several appearances on the popular jazz TV programme ‘Strictly For The Birds’.
Melvyn is a media specialist accountant. Starting as a sole practitioner in the early 1970s, in 1985 he was appointed Senior
Partner in a London accountancy practice, Berg Kaprow Hay Associates. He specialised in advising rock'n'roll bands, artistes,
record and management companies, film producers and directors, and sports personalities. On leaving practice in 1995 he
moved to Pinewood Studios where he raised substantial tax-advantaged funds for film production and executive produced five
feature films. Melvyn is a Fellow of the Association of Authorised Public Accountants, of which he is a Council Member, and a
Fellow of the Association of International Accountants. Melvyn serves on the Admissions and Licensing, and Disciplinary
Committees of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has been a guest speaker on film financing at Pinewood
Studios, and at the Edinburgh, and Manchester Film Festivals and was an Executive Producer for BORN ROMANTIC (2000) • WAR
BRIDE (2001) • OCTANE (2003) • LD 50 LETHAL DOSE • THE QUEEN OF SHEBA’S PEARLS (2004) • KIS VUK (2008).
Joel has worked across Europe, the Middle East and Asia gaining wide credibility for his legal and commercial acumen. Joel
worked initially at two international law firms and then moved to start an executive search business in London. He worked in
corporate and banking as well as litigation law and has a solid understanding of preparing, arranging and executing commercial
agreements. He has wide knowledge of film funds across the globe and works with various major production companies. Joel
believes in the principles of good management and performance and is dedicated to client needs and protective of all client
business interests.
